I’m a design strategist and researcher from India with 10+ years of experience across service, experience, and communication design. I currently lead Service Design and UX Strategy at Advocate Health in Chicago, IL.

Previously: Service & Experience Design Manager at Feeding America (Chicago), Design & Research Consultant for Acquia, Greater Good Studio and UNDP (Bangkok), Design Strategy Intern at UNICEF (New York), Graduate Research Assistant at The New School (New York), and Senior Design Lead at WWF-India (New Delhi).
