I’m a service designer and researcher with roots in India. I’m driven by the belief that design can restore dignity, build trust, and create more inclusive systems.
For over a decade, I’ve helped organizations across healthcare, technology, humanitarian, and social impact sectors translate complexity into actionable insights, craft compelling narratives, and design seamless experiences. I currently lead Service Design and Experience Strategy at
Advocate Health, one of the largest health systems in the US.
Previously:
Service & Experience Design Manager at
Feeding America (Chicago)
Graduate Research Assistant - Experience Design at
The New School (New York)
Communication Design Lead at
WWF-India (New Delhi).
Outside of work, I enjoy scenic hikes, energizing barre classes, insightful non-fiction, and thoughtful films and shows. I’m always up for a good bookstore and a cup of chai.
