I’m driven by the belief that design can restore dignity, build trust, and create more inclusive systems.For over a decade, I’ve helped organizations across healthcare, technology, humanitarian, and social-impact sectors translate complexity into clarity, with actionable insights, resonant narratives, and seamless experiences. At present, I lead Service Design & Experience Strategy at Advocate Health, one of the largest health systems in the US, where I focus on health equity and shape accessible, dignified experiences for patients and care teams.
